GoHighLevel Pricing – How Much Does GoHighLevel Cost?

GoHighLevel has two main plans, the agency starter and the agency unlimited.

• Agency Starter Account ($97/mo)
• Agency Unlimited Account ($297/mo)

If you’re in the Agency Unlimited Account plan and want to have more features, you have the option to Upgrade to the White Label Mobile App + Custom zap Upgrade.

The cost of this upgrade is an additional $497/mo and includes:

• Mobile App – They will create a customized mobile app so that you can be fully branded
• Zapier – They will create a custom zap just for your brand
• Requirements – This upgrade requires the Agency Unlimited Account

These 3 options are what is shown on the GoHighLevel homepage, but when you sign up for GoHighLevel, you get presented with one more option to choose from. So, it ends up with 4 different plans, which include:

• Agency Starter Account ($97/mo)
• The Freelancer Plan (Agency Unlimited Account) ($297/mo)
• The Agency Pro Account ($497/mo)
• White Label Mobile App Plan (Additional $497/month)

In the next sections, I’m going to break down these 4 plans.

GoHighLevel Free Trial

Before diving into all the features available in each plan, it’s worth mentioning that you have access to a 14-day free trial. In this trial, you can choose whatever plan you want and you’ll get all the features for free for 14 days.

This is a great way to get first-hand experience with the software and test it out, to really see if it’s the right fit for your business. 

To get your free trial, click here, and then click on “14 DAYS FREE TRIAL”. It will open a pop-up form that will request your name, email address, and phone number. After filling out the form, click on “Go To Step Two”. 

Then you need to choose the plan you want, fill in your credit card details, and click on “START YOUR 14 DAY FREE TRIAL” to create your account.

GoHighLevel Agency Starter Account: $97/mo

The Agency Starter level is GoHighlevel entry plan, and it will give you access to most of their features. Inside this plan, you get a wide range of features that go from helping you capture the lead to closing the deal. 

The main limitation of the entry-level plan is that you can only set up an account for 1 user. So, if you need to set up accounts for your clients, besides your own account, the Agency Starter Plan will not be the best option for you.

Each subsection below breaks down one of the features that you get.

Sales Funnels

GoHighLevel has a drag-and-drop builder that allows you to build sales funnels and entire websites without having to learn to code. It also has advanced features like A/B split testing. This platform was designed to replace Clickfunnels.

You have the option to choose from their library of templates or to build one from scratch. This level of flexibility is great because while beginners may want to choose a pre-made template, more experienced marketers may want to build their funnels from scratch.

Capture New Leads

The same drag-and-drop builder that helps you build your funnels, also helps you build landing pages to capture leads. You have the same option to build one from scratch or to choose from the preexisting templates.

You have a lot of customization options when it comes to these pages. You can add surveys, forms, and much more. GoHighLevel also allows you to set up your calendar so that your leads can book an appointment with you.

Engage With Your Customers

GoHighLevel allows you to set up automation marketing campaigns to keep your leads engaged. You can set up text message automation, email marketing automation, Facebook messenger, Whatsapp messages, and voicemail, the options are many.

Build a Community

It’s also possible to build a membership site with the drag-and-drop builder. You can upload unlimited videos, enroll unlimited users, and create an unlimited amount of products. It’s also possible to drip content.

Advanced Analytics

You have a high amount of information centralized into a dashboard. GoHighLevel collects all information about your customers including your interactions with them to provide you with a detailed analysis.

In your dashboard, you can see all the opportunities you have in your pipeline, the potential value of these opportunities, the conversion rate, as well a visual representation of the data.

You can also connect it to Google Business and Facebook pages to get a wide range of reports. These reports include reputation reports from the Google and Facebook reviews.

Calendar

GoHighLevel has a calendar tool that allows your clients to book appointments with you. This calendar tool is integrated with your sales funnels, landing pages, website, and contact forms. This removes the need to use third-party calendars such as Calendly, Google calendar, or Microsoft outlook calendar.

Pipeline Management

GoHighLevel Pipeline management allows you to see how many customers are in each stage of your sales funnel and their individual demographics. This feature helps you to track opportunities, including lead nurture flows and sales flows.

Payment Processing

The platform also integrates with Stripe to allow you to collect payments.

GoHighLevel Agency Unlimited/Freelancer Account: $297/mo

The GoHighLevel Agency Unlimited Account includes all the same features as the Agency Starter Account. The main differences come down to the option to add unlimited accounts and to create a branded Desktop app.

When it comes to the number of accounts, there’s no limit. If you’re using GoHighLevel only for your agency, it will not be a big benefit to you. But if you need to use GoHighLevel to set up accounts for your clients as well, it will make a big difference. 

The other advantage is that you can have a branded desktop app as soon as you sign up.

Overall, the Agency Unlimited Account is only worth it if you have to add more accounts other than your own.

GoHighLevel Agency Pro/SaaS Mode Plan: $497/month

This plan isn’t available on the GoHighLevel Homepage, and you can only get access to it when you create a GoHighLevel account. 

The main advantage of this plan is that you’re allowed to sell GoHighLevel software as your own. They will not charge you any fee for that, you’ll be able to keep 100% of the profit. 

When it comes to the other features, this plan is similar to the Freelancer plan. 

GoHighLevel White Label Mobile App + Custom Zap Upgrade: $497/mo

To be eligible for this plan you’ll need to be a member of the Agency Unlimited Plan. This will work as an add-on and it will cost you an additional $497/mo, resulting in a total of $794/mo.

You’ll get a branded mobile app that can be used as a sales channel, to interact with your customers to sell your products and services. To make more money, you can also sell this mobile app as your own, and charge a subscription fee to each client.

With this add-on, you can also use Zapier to integrate with other platforms. You’ll get a custom Zap, designed specifically for your business.

Is GoHighLevel Worth The Cost?

Yes, GoHighLevel is worth the cost. You’ll get access to a lot of different features that will help you build websites, landing pages, and funnels, and manage your emails, CRM, messages, and calendar. Just to say some. 

If you were to opt into the specialized software to get all HighLevel’s features, you’d end up spending more than $1,000. So, getting all the features you get for just $97, I’d consider it well worth it.

How can I cancel my plan?

Depending on the platform in which you’re logged in, the process will be different. I’ll detail the step-by-step for each platform.

• iPhone or iPad: go to settings → subscriptions → click HighLevel → click the cancel button → confirm the action
• Android: open the Playstore and sign in → look for a hamburger icon → click on it and go to the subscriptions → click it on cancel subscriptions → choose a reason
• Paypal: go to settings → select payments → manage automatic payments → look for the GoHighLevel subscription and click the cancel button next to it
• Chat and phone: just reach out to the support team via a call or the chat
• Website: go to the official website → go to the profile page and select subscriptions → Click on the cancel option

Are there any training resources to help me get started?

Yes, GoHighLevel has a knowledge base with resources and materials to help you learn more about the platform. They also have a Youtube channel with a lot of different videos covering the most commonly asked questions.

The Facebook community is also great, and you can post your questions and get answers from more experienced users.

Can I pause my account?

Yes, you have the option to pause your account for a maximum of two months and no additional fees. To access your account again, you’ll need to reactivate it.

If you need to pause longer than 2 months, you need to reach out to the support team.

Can I upgrade my account?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. You can make the upgrade at any time of the month. GoHighLevel will do the math and charge you accordingly.

For example, if you are on the Agency Starter Plan and decide to upgrade to the Agency Unlimited plan on day 15th. You’ll pay half of the Agency Starter plan for the first 15 days, and after the first 15 days, you’ll pay half of the Agency Unlimited Plan.

What does GoHighLevel replace?

GoHighLevel is designed to replace a lot of different software, preventing you from having to duct tape all these solutions together. Here are some types of software they replace:

When your 14-day free trial ends, you’ll get charged accordingly with the type of plan you have chosen. For example, if you choose the Unlimited/Freelancer plan, you’ll be charged $297. The same is true for the other plans.

How do I get GoHighLevel for FREE?

Differently from Groovefunnels, you cannot get a GoHighLevel free-for-life account. You only have the option to sign up for the 14-day trial, to test out the software. 

To get the free trial, you just need to go to gohighlevel.com, put your name and email, choose the plan you want, and there you have your free account. As you’ll be getting it for free, it’s worth opting for the most expensive version, to get to test all the features.

Just keep in mind that after 14 days, you’ll be charged the value of the plan you have chosen. Remember to downgrade your account if you prefer, or to cancel your subscription if you don’t want to continue to use the software.

Are emails, SMS, and voice call charges included in the price?

The charges for emails, SMS, and voice calls, aren’t included in GoHighLevel’s pricing. You must connect a Twilio account for SMS and voice calls and Mailgun, Sendinblue, Sendgrid, or a similar service for sending emails.

How can I white-label GoHighLevel?

GoHighLevel second tier plan (The Freelancer Unlimited) allows you to manually create unlimited sub-accounts and white label the desktop app GoHighLevel gives you. The feature of automating the whole process of creating clients’ subaccounts and rebilling, it’s only available at the GoHighLevel agency Pro account.

Is it possible to white-label GoHighLevel’s mobile app?

It’s possible, and the mobile app is available for both Android and iOS. You can white-label the mobile app by setting a custom zap in Zapier. This will cost you an additional $497/month. 

How do I contact GoHighLevel’s support?

It’s very simple, you can contact them via chat or via the Facebook group. If you have a more complex problem, you have the option of jumping into a live call with a GoHighLevel specialist.
